Monocacy Canoe Club Cruise Schedule

To Join a Trip....

Be sure that you are a MCC member before contacting the trip leader!

Phone or E-mail the Trip Leader during the week prior to the scheduled trip.

For weekend camping trips and trips to rivers that are more than 50 miles away, it is a good idea to contact the Trip Leader by Thursday evening, as many travel to campsites near the river on Friday evening.

Not everyone checks E-mail daily so if you don't get a reply to your E-mail, please phone the trip leader.

Trip Leaders need to plan for the number of boaters who will be paddling and levels of ability.  Trips on more difficult whitewater require the Trip Leader to obtain adequate support from experienced boaters to help boaters running it for the first time.   Some trips, e.g., the Lower Yough during certain months, require launch permits and therefore are limited in size.

Please do NOT just show up.
