Need to Demo on Moving Water

I want to demo on moving water to know how the boat will handle. As I recall Starrk Moon only demos on the flatwater below the shop. I'd be happy to drive up there to buy a boat. They have great deals, and Brad is a great guy (i've bought a boat from him one before). But I'm reluctant to make this decision without a proper demo.
