The link below is to a google map that shows the roads down to the Keeney's on river right (the north side). I haven't been down the road in 2-3 years - it was fine for regular vehicles back then. From US 19, I took the Ames Heights/Lansing/Winona Road east to Winona, then turned right onto Keeney Creek Road. It looks like you can also get to Winona off of Route 60.

You need to park along Keeney Creek Road and hike over the railroad tracks and down to the river. You should be able to see the river from the road.
