Not too long ago you were trying to get info on Fishladder without even having run the Lower Yough. Now that you've run the LY you're trying to bust into creeking - SLOW DOWN. It's great that you want to go out and run hard stuff, but it's worthwhile to take the necessary steps. Otherwise, your day on the Sandy could really suck.

Run the LY a couple more times, then the Cheat/Little Sandy/Upper Big Sandy a few times, and if you're feeling comfortable on those THEN go to the Lower Big Sandy. Just because you make it down a river once doesn't mean it's time to step it up. You need to be able to make all the moves without a guide before moving up.
